Merit classes

The Social Welfare Decoration was granted in four classes:
Social Welfare Decoration I. Class (with Star)
Social Welfare Decoration I. Class (Neck Decoration)
Social Welfare Decoration II. Class (Brooch Decoration)
Social Welfare Decoration III. Class (with ribbon)

A Medal for Social Welfare was also coined with a ribbon for the lower levels.
