The round badge is constructed out of a die stamped bronze base that has been silver washed and contains red and black paint work. The obverse depicts the RAD logo.
This is on a rough circular backing and surrounded by "Die Grosse Arbeitsdienst Ausstellung 1934 Breslau" (The Great Labor Service Exhibition 1934 Breslau). The reverse shows a hollow back with a soldered pin.
